Your Contribution
  • Unlock customer innovation needs, objectives, and use cases to ensure that the ITONICS platform is properly leveraged to achieve these goals
  • Assist customers in driving user adoption and change management within their organization to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, impact, and retention
  • Lead the customer with sound suggestions, engaging workshops, and concrete action plans to realize new business value and drive internal change programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all key customer stakeholders to evangelize the ITONICS capabilities while working closely with our account team to position upsells
  • Work with cross-divisional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Be(come) an expert in an area of innovation management to identify opportunities to help us further innovate innovation
Your Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Consultation, training, and education of clients
  • Preparation (and debriefing of) of client meetings with the Account Management team
  • Collection of customer feedback
Your Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in innovation, foresight, and / or growth, combined with the ability to guide and coach others in these areas, e.g., completed studies or comparable professional training in these areas
  • Compelling written and oral communication / presentation skills that speak to senior management and C-level executives of our clients (at least in German and English)
  • Reliable and trustworthy project management skills that maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness, i.e., time, quality, and cost targets
  • Analytical skills to uncover weaknesses, an inherent drive to get-things-done and striving for the best possible solutions, even if this requires going the extra mile
  • Tangible interest in the software environment and ability to lead discussions with software engineering teams
  • Inspiring individual with a positive, collaborative attitude who enjoys crossing boundaries and working closely with a multi-cultural group of innovation enthusiasts
  • Applicants for senior roles must demonstrate at least 5 years of professional experience in innovation management, consulting, customer success, or related fields
  • Flexibility, mobility, team spirit, ability to work under pressure, enthusiasm, unconventional ideas, and humor
