General Description
In your role as E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) you will be a part of the Growth Marketing team and mainly responsible for the structure and functionality of our entire website together with the IT department.
Your Role
- Product Management: As the eCommerce Manager, you will liaise with the IT department to prioritize tasks related to website development, maintenance, and enhancements. Your ability to effectively communicate technical requirements and business objectives will be essential in driving successful IT projects.
- Content Management System (CMS): You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the content (Homepage, Category Pages, Product Pages, Landingpages, Journals, etc.) on our eCommerce platform, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and aligns with our brand's vision. Your expertise in CMS platforms will be instrumental in delivering seamless and visually appealing online experiences for our customers.
- Stock Control and Inventory Management: Efficiently managing product stock and inventory on the website will be a key aspect of your role. You will collaborate with the Controlling and Operations teams to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize stockouts, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilizing various analytics tools, you will monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics. By interpreting data and identifying trends, you will make data-driven recommendations to optimize conversion rates, customer journey, and overall website performance.
- User Experience Enhancement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience on our eCommerce platform, from browsing to checkout. You will collaborate with the Design and Marketing teams to implement UX/UI best practices and incorporate customer feedback into iterative improvements.
- Campaign Management: As part of the Marketing team, you coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives that drive traffic and sales. Your insights into website performance and customer behavior will play a critical role in shaping marketing strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all aspects of the eCommerce platform, ensuring that the website's design, imagery, messaging, and tone consistently reflect Horizn Studios' brand identity. Collaborate closely with the Brand team to ensure a seamless brand experience that resonates with our target audience.
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in the retail or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and eCommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Familiarity with inventory management and stock control practices.
- Experience in working with IT departments and managing their workload
- Strong understanding of brand requirements
- Fluent in English - German is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for travel and technology - fashion is a plus.
