What does the role involve?

You support our product complaint handling team in its daily work. Your main tasks will be the incoming inspection and documentation of new product complaints, performing and documenting technical analysis, as well as designing and building new test benches. Furthermore, you will contribute with your ideas how we can improve further. Furthermore, you are in close contact with other internal departments like testing, development, supply, quality, production, etc. Depending on what is needed in the current product complaint, your talents and strengths are challenged to provide our customers with a thorough analysis in a timely manner.
You will be working at our Hilti site in Kaufering. Remote work is possible only with a small share of your overall working time due to the close contact you will have with the complaint hardware.
