As Kitchen Assistant, you are part of our international and highly talented team and work at the heart of Kitchen Stories - our shoot and test kitchens where inspiring content for food lovers worldwide is produced. Working under the guidance of our senior Chefs and Operations lead, your job is to ensure that the Shoot and Test kitchens are clean and operational at all times.
Tasks

- Work hand-in-hand with our chefs on the testing and preparation of our recipes
- Care for dishwashing, and maintaining the cleanliness/organization of the shoot/test kitchens and food storage area
- Source and preparation of a variety of ingredients for test cooking and shoots
- Oversee and carry out clean-up after shoots, making sure the shoot and prep kitchens are looking their best at all times and are ready for the next day
- Manage the delivery of stock orders and ensure food items and utensils are properly stored according to hygiene regulations
- Oversee and organize the laundry room and maintenance of cleaning supply inventory
- You’re flexible, hard-working, and don’t mind pitching in wherever help is needed
- You have a knack for organization
- You enjoy working in a team
- You don’t mind being on your feet all day and can assist with moving large items between kitchens and into storage
- You have already gained some kitchen and/or hospitality experience
- You can work 32 - 40 hours/week from Monday to Friday
- You speak German and English
