Project Manager (m/f/d)

The company has a dominant position in the Chinese market and also exports its intelligent manufacturing solutions to Europe, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan, India and the Middle East.

Tasks

• Project management and coordination from project freezing to acceptance.
• Technical management of project teams as well as creation and tracking of project plans to monitor project progress in terms of quality, costs, deadlines, and scope of delivery.
• Develop internal project reports, coordinate, and edit the plans.
• Organization and management of project meetings and visits to national and international customers
• Taking care of national and international customers, central contact for customers
• Identify and track customer potential directly on-site at the customer or on construction sites, to win follow-up projects.
• Support growth projects and open new markets, such as automotive and renewable energies.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of experience in automation and project management has a global perspective and knowledge of different cultures.
• Knowledge and experience in vehicle battery manufacturing are required (cell, module, and pack assembly)
• Excellent English in writing and speaking, Chinese and German are preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Responsible, customer-oriented, and collaborative working style
• Sensitivity and open-mindedness in dealing with different cultures.
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
• The high degree of flexibility, commitment, and resilience
