AT THINKSURANCE NO TWO DAYS ARE THE SAME! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Creation of products: Manage, design and optimise dashboards and data visualisations
• Understand business requirements and requests from internal and external customers to deliver visualisations that meet the needs of our clients
• Act as the point of contact for internal teams to deliver high quality analysis to leverage our data lake
• Drive forward simplifications and optimisations of workflows related to BI technologies
• Visualisation: Create and automate customer products to support data driven decision making
• Collaborate closely with our CIO and a dynamic team of statisticians, developers and business analysts
• Innovation monitoring: Implement and monitor new technologies to establish new standards

WHAT DEFINES YOU

• Extraordinary analytical, problem-solving and self-learning skills along with great team spirit
• Communication skills and out-of-the-box-mindset
• Degree in Business, Finance, Social Sciences, or a comparable subject (STEM)
• High level of product ownership
• First experience in SQL or HQL
• Passion to learn programming skills and new data technologies
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus but not a requirement
• Business Fluent in German is a plus
