Regular Tasks

• Create drafts and technical sketches
• Prepare construction drawings with respective programs (CAD)
• Create construction drawings according to Building Information Modeling (BIM) requirements
• Create technical documents according to standards, general and operational rules of execution
• Create supporting documentation

Digital product design:

• Introduction and project work in CAD with Autodesk Inventor
• Sketching techniques Component modelling and 3D design Assembly modelling
• Technical drawings 3D visualization and presentations Project work

Quality Management:

• Support in the implementation and maintenance of normative and regulatory requirements
• Preparation, execution and follow-up of audits
• Development, implementation and follow-up of CAPA/change control processes

Project- und Process Management:

• Goal definition, project structure and schedule, project organization, project control, project completion
• Continuous process optimization of water technology projects

Other Tasks:

• Support of administrative activities
• Support in the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
• Maintenance and expansion of the intranet pages for the groups within the area of responsibility
• Group/departmental/organizational planning and organization of appointments
• Organization and planning of meetings, workshops, trainings and congresses

Your profile

• Completed studies in Industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering or qualified technical training or studies with focus on technical draughtsman, construction draughtsman
• First experiences in project management
• First experiences with water treatment in dialysis
• Profound experiences with the drawing programs in AutoCAD, REVIT and Inventor
• Certified according to TÜV Süd as QM representative and specialist available
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel (national and international)
