Senior Consultant Business Intelligence (all genders)
About the role:
As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional business intelligence solutions and services to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with customers to understand their business requirements. Your primary objective will be to design and implement robust business intelligence solutions that enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities, enabling our clients to gain valuable insights.
Your Day to Day:
- You work in an agile and self-organized BI team.
- Lead end-to-end project management for business intelligence implementations, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and milestone tracking.
- Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges related to data analysis and reporting.
- Design, develop, and implement customized business intelligence solutions based on clients' requirements, leveraging industry-leading tools and technologies.
- Perform data analysis, identify trends, patterns, and insights, and translate them into meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the effective use of our products empowering them to become self-sufficient in data analysis.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to address client inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.
What You Need to Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration/-Informatics / Finance / Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Consultant or similar role, preferably within the finsoftware industry.
- Several years of practical experience in data visualization and data modeling with Qlik.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
