THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d) for our ServiceNow Platform(SNP) you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its effective utilisation across the organisation. Your expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration will be instrumental in optimising workflows, improving service delivery, and driving innovation within our company.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Participate in the end-to-end development lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Design and customise ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, and UI using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, including system performance, data integrity, and user experience
- Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- You have 2-3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- You have strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development technologies
- You have experience in developing and maintaining integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and other relevant protocols
- You have solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
- You are proficient in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues on the ServiceNow platform
