Our Go-To-Market teams deliver valuable and innovative marketing campaigns and programs, and meticulously measure their effectiveness. We act as the conduit between the company and its audiences. Our teams look after both strategic and conceptual aspects of branding, PR, and communications, as well as creative aspects like video production, graphic and web design, and copywriting. Sales is also part of the GTM organization. We work with a network of local distributors in order to make Native Instruments' products available to customers around the globe.
What You'll Do
- Craft our brand positioning, identity, tone and voice, and global brand strategy to inspire our employees and acquire and retain customers.
- Create brand metrics for the company and implement measurement to track performance of brand KPIs.
- Raise our profile with the next generation of creators through partnerships and events with artists, influencers, retailers and other third parties.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our brands and products are consistent across all experiences for employees and customers including within our products and systems as well as in external sales and marketing.
- Develop category, product and technology narratives and distribute through owned channels, social and community channels and press in order to elevate and differentiate our brand in the market.
- Cultivate new relationships and build on existing relationships with journalists, analysts, innovators and influencers.
- Direct multiple agency relationships and manage related budgets effectively.
- Hire, develop, and lead the brand team which today includes Creative Studio, Branded Content, Social Media, Public Relations, and Internal and External Communications.
- Collaborate across teams to support efficient and effective dissemination of the company's strategy and message.
- Implement processes to ensure efficiency in workflows, on time delivery of campaigns, and dissemination of branding information throughout the company and to our external partners.
What You'll Need
- Significant experience in a leadership role in building brands preferably having done so within DTC tech
- Demonstrated experience and creativity in deploying brand campaigns and activations across online and offline channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for a variety of audiences.
- Ability to influence stakeholders with data and work cross functionally
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategy skills with the ability to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
