- A degree in Plant Breeding, Agriculture, or Plant Sciences (BSc/MSc).
- Knowledge of practical plant breeding, including genetic markers, and experience in conducting and statistically analyzing field trials.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, complemented by excellent teamwork.
- A reliable and self-driven work ethic.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, German is an advantage.
- Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10-15%).
- A valid Class B driver’s license.
