As an Implementation Specialist you have knowledge of software development and enjoy working directly with clients. Maybe you studied a technical subject but don’t see yourself working in a purely technical position?

As a solutions consultant at softgate you have the chance to get deeply involved in project management, consultancy and solutions architecture whilst working with and learning from multiple types of businesses and internal/external departments. If you are naturally curious and would like to gain knowledge in as many areas as possible whilst playing to your strengths then this could be the job for you.

Aufgaben

Working with the digitalization consultancy team you are the face of the company with our clients.

Using your technical knowledge to identify solutions and improvements for our clients will be your core work, ensuring implementations run smoothly and identifying then ironing out technical issues in partnership with software development

• Be involved in kick-off meetings with client and project teams
• Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders both in-house and at the client
• Working with clients to tailor solutions that fit their individual needs
• Manage your own projects from inception to completion
• Gathering and communicating requirements for the software developers to customize software solutions
• Design and implementation of technical solutions
• You have your finger on the pulse of both your clients and projects, identifying opportunities for fixes or changes and suggesting them before they become a blocker

Qualifikation

• Full fluency in German (Written and spoken) and a good standard of English
• Natural people person, relationship builder and networker
• You have studied or have relevant working experience in one of the following areas: Wirtschaftsinformatik/Project Management/Software Development/Solutions Architecture/Business Analysis
• You have a good general understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication
• Organized with great project management skills
• Bonus points for experience working in software consultancy
