What we expect

  • Develop, maintain, and update financial models to support business decisions, assess improvement potential, and confirm realized benefits
  • Perform financial benchmark analyses in relation to the business environment (markets, customers, competitors, partners, etc.) and provide data-driven insights
  • Serve as a sparring partner for Regional Transformation Office teams and local Management; interact closely with other corporate functions and external Strategy Consultants to drive accuracy and quality of analysis and resulting insights
  • Work closely with global and Regional Finance teams to ensure close links between all Transformation analysis, proposals, P/L, and budget
  • Liaise with the team and various colleagues across the organization on training and delivery of best practices in financial and operational modeling
  • Develop analysis on financial and operational KPIs, and assist with preparation of Transformation Council and Board materials on Transformation targets, opportunities, and progress
  • Assist with routine day-to-day analytical activities on Transformation initiatives, including financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and cost-to-achieve controls

Who we are looking for

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance/accounting, or equivalent
  • Have 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a multinational, complex organization
  • Possess extensive analytical skills, including designing, building, and populating complex financial and operational models and using financial modeling tools
  • Demonstrate excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Possess solid knowledge of P/L and its operational drivers
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player with excellent social and communication skills in fluent English (written & spoken); ability to work in different team constellations (German or other foreign languages are desirable)
  • Exhibit resilience, strong commitment, and a proactive attitude
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
