Job Description:
Reporting to the EMEA Senior Clinical Manager, the Clinical Specialist has a full clinical, biomechanical and product understanding. The candidate will be supporting the EMEA team in regards of clinical-related questions, supporting marketing and education programs to be validated and implemented from a clinical perspective, as well as supporting the clinical interactions with our partners/doctors.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Support proactive/reactively German speaking customers in their clinical queries related to the products, throughout all the process of the patient.
- Work in collaboration with Marketing/Education departments, to create/review clinical and scientific content.
- Onboard doctors in both Spark and Damon Ultima products, together with lecturing in online and F2F events.
- Validation along the Marketing and Education teams on the claims, scientific studies and publications
- Escalating clinical questions and issues coming from our EMEA doctors
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in dentistry/orthodontics
- Comprehensive knowledge of orthodontics, including clear aligner systems
- Fluent level of the German and English language is mandatory
- Strong presentation skills, able to liaise with multiple Kes, doctors and business partners in EMEA region
- Team player, able to fit and work within a multinational matrix organization
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
