The graduate trainee program at Everphone will equip the participants with relevant skills and knowledge needed to have successful careers in the mobile device management industry. In our 12,5-month trainee program you will learn everything about digital sales and business development.

What you'll do:

You will have opportunity to work within different departments inside Everphone:

  • Sales Development where you will work alongside an experienced sales team leads to first assist in and later execute strategic prospecting and conducting account research.
  • Account Executive - Mid market where you will learn how to create your own leads and pipelines in the MM organization.
  • Account Executive - Enterprise and KAM where you will leverage the pipelines generated by the SDRs and work towards closing deals with potential customers

You'll be a great match for the position if you have:

  • You have a degree in business, economics, sales management, business psychology or a comparable field of study.
  • Business fluent language skills in German and English.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a professional demeanor in an Enterprise setting with senior stakeholders and a strong customer-focused mindset.
