Sales Executive - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel across Central Europe territory as required
  • Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs
  • Responding to customer queries and solving them
  • Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments
  • Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure
  • Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
  • Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of our products
  • Communicating with customers before and after a sale
  • Delivering presentations for persuading customers to buy new products or services
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of products to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
  • Attending conferences as and when to understand industry trends
  • Updating the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and future pipeline

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential to have experience at a B2B technology provider either software or hardware technology for stores.
  • Strong experience selling products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies to enhance communication
  • Adept at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and data
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reports
  • Public speaking skills
