Sales Executive - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel across Central Europe territory as required
- Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs
- Responding to customer queries and solving them
- Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments
- Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure
- Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
- Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of our products
- Communicating with customers before and after a sale
- Delivering presentations for persuading customers to buy new products or services
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of products to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
- Attending conferences as and when to understand industry trends
- Updating the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and future pipeline
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential to have experience at a B2B technology provider either software or hardware technology for stores.
- Strong experience selling products and services
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Proficiency in using digital technologies to enhance communication
- Adept at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and data
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reports
- Public speaking skills
