We are looking for a Trainee Operations (M/F/T) with a focus on process optimisation and digitalisation.
Responsibilities:
- Optimization of business and production processes taking into account lean manufacturing along the entire value chain
- Support and implementation of interesting digitalization projects for the further development of the Smart Factory
- Systematic analysis of data to uncover potential for improvement
- Determination of manufacturing costs for end products and individual parts to support the quotation process
- Support of research and development projects in interdisciplinary teams
- Assignment abroad at one of our international locations
- Participation in additional qualification measures (product training, lean training, project management, etc.)
- Continuous support from a personal mentor
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering or comparable
- Interest and enthusiasm for the topics of digitalization and technology
- Programming skills (VBA or similar) desirable
- Hands-on mentality and personal responsibility when working on and implementing projects
- Very high level of self-discipline as well as organization
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good communication skills, enthusiasm and a high degree of social competence
