Your tasks


  • Contact person for airline passengers and representatives of airlines
  • Handling complaints about missing or damaged baggage
  • Research and special tasks in the field of baggage tracking
  • Data entry in the World Tracer System for baggage tracking
  • Customer service and correspondence with passengers and airlines via telephone and email as part of the baggage service
